Anyone seen/read them?
I'm just wondering if they even reveal something relevant-- b/c if not, then why were they being circulated?

Reply:It's all at gawker... email addy's for her, her kids, Friends, phone numbers... whoever did this is completely wrong, they had no Right, it is beyond invasion of privacy, and due to how the info was acquired, should have little bearing on anything the smear idiots of the left try to spin it into... I do hope it's traced to the other folks,. and that whoever did it gets convicted.
FYI, how would you folks feel if your info was published on here? Maybe that would put it into perspective.
Reply:Yeah, it was done by the same people that exposed something to do with Scientology. From what I've read, she was using a yahoo address to by pass certain privacy laws but I can't confirm exactly what that was.

How do i get into my old email account if it has either been hacked or i forgot all my passwords/secret answer
The email account was linked to my myspace and to all my contacts ect.I cant change anything because everything is still being sent to the old one.

either you have to redirect incoming emails to a new email add and not to the old one. you can reset the link of your "myspace" so that your contacts will forward their emails to your new mail add. that's too simple to do. retrieving an old account if you don't know the password or secret answer is of no help.

If your password has been changed, most likely all your personal info will have been changed too. In that case asking for help by clicking the "forgot password" link won't do you any good. In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com. If this doesn't help, call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hrs you should get your account back!

yesterday i got a phone call from my best friend asking me if made a new myspace page. i didn't. on the page there were private pictures of me and my ex boyfriend. and the guy who made the page kept requesting people that i knew. i feel like i lost my dignity. how do i go about pressing charges. i got the guy to confess about doing it, and he also erased my original myspace page. i just don't know what to do. i need help. thanks.

You need to get the police involved as soon as possible, let them collect the evidence you have and try to move on.

How did he get your pictures? He couldn't have gotten it just from knowing your e-mail address, unless he stole the pictures from e-mails that you keep.
It would have been better to press charges of slander, hacking, or theft when he still had that page on MySpace. It also would have been good to record his confession.
Pressing charges %26amp; going to court is not something to be taken lightly. Change your e-mail account and password-protect your computer first, then think about whether or not you wish to proceed further.
(P.S. I'm not a lawyer.)

If you'd like to try and press charges, I couldn't tell you how to go about that. See if your family has a personal lawyer and seek his/her advice. What he did is against law, and he can be persecuted for it.

your friend needs to go through the steps to recover his email password and then get his myspace password.

click the link that you forgot your info, fill in the questions and it will send it to your e-mail again .... click the link in the e-mail and you've got your account back. You can't change those questions so they will be the same they were when you first signed up
