My friends email address have been hacked somehow and is being used by someone can you plz close that accnount

my frns yahoo id hav been hacked somehow an some other person is usin it,,,the id is anj_aqua@yahoo.com an the previous password was swamiji. its really honest request to please close this account because enough damage an trouble have been the person who so ever is using this id.. waitin for your reply.

Tell your friend to follow the advice below, but note: only he himself can go through those steps, nobody can do it for him, and never ever post personal e-mail addresses and passwords on public websites if you don't want loads of Spam!





In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help @cc.yahoo-inc.com


Note: please delete the blank space between help and @ which I had to insert because Yahoo can't handle long addresses. If this doesn't help, call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hrs you should get your account back! Also since the address and your password was publicly posted on YA, you should get a new password right away!

if you have signed in yahoo in the last 4 months and it wont take your sign in details


some one has probably hacked your account





What you can do if you think someone has accessed your account without permission

I think if you are so stupid, its not hard to understand how they got your account in the first place...of course it it would be true, it looks more like a dumb teenager putting the login/pass of his ex girlfriend who dumped him!
