What do I do when they changed the password and the alternate email on my yahoo email? and I can't remember my old zip code! What happens after you call Yahoo? Why can't they send me a new password to my original alternate email?? I can't believe they don't send alert message when the alternate email has been changed. They need to correct that!

Yahoo is way behind the times.
Reply:When people slop along with easily guessed passwords, they get what they deserve. You should use the Yahoo search function and do a search for a free random password generator, and use a 20 character password *(including/with special characters) and change it once a month, Be sure to keep the generated passwords backed up on removeable media, in case you lose them off the harddrive due to a crash, Also it wouldn't hurt to password protect the password folder.
However, if you check the Yahoo documentation at this site, you will see that there are ways to get the account back, if the case can be proven, in accordance with the steps provided at this site.
Click on "forgot password" and follow directions.
