Someone hacked into my email and i would like to castle my email account how do i do that anyone knows?

Unfortunately an account can't get deleted unless you have the password. If your account has been hacked then you will need to contact Yahoo! Security and fill out a form. If they can retrieve your account then if you would like it can get deleted. Here is a link to Yahoo! Security and the form.
