My Sister's Ex- husband keep hacking on her email, that's a crime right?!!!?

How can we file a complain for something like that??He kept opening the ym of my sister , she tried changing passwords but still he can hack it. Sometimes pretend to be my sister and talk to me and sometime pretend to be me to talk to my sister. its irritating!!!!

she should changer her password and SECURITY question to something he would have a clue about. you have to have solid evidence that he is doing that. and someone hacking into your account is kind of a hard thing to prove. or she should cancel her account andreopen it with new (different) information~ like someone elses birthday or something.
Reply:Contact the ISP. They have regulations and whatnot. It is a crime. But you'd have to prove it. The ISP has records of IP addresses which can prove where a connection was made.
Reply:Absolutely a crime. Problem is, for most people, getting law enforcement to act on something like this is difficult.
