Well, I could help you first I need to know more. Such as what the person is doing and so forth. Also I need the E-mail and anything else that would help me plan this "attack". As far as software goes a good password cracker is Brutus. As far as making your computer secure I would first need to know you Operating System and any services you maybe running (i.e. - Wireless, LAN, etc.). From that information I can tell you a good Firewall. Also a good program to detect what IP Addresses are accessing your computer is Peer Guardian 2. I will help you as best as I can.
