well thats not true people do hack emails, besure cap lock is not on and email the email company ask them to send you the password, they will ask you your secret info you had put in.
I think someone hacked into my email and changed my password, can I track who did this?

Why would anyone WANT to hack into your email? The error is most often due to the user. You probably just forgot it or had the caps on or something. No one just hacks into an email account.
