Can i merge email accounts in order to protect my old email account rhat was being hacked into?
NOPE. if you can still log/sign in with that account even if you are using another computer, then sign in with that account name. then sign out completely. or if possible, once you sign in, click "My Account" or "Account Info" on top of the page (yahoo) and change/edit your info and password. always click submit for confirmation. then click Exit as well. done!
Reply:No, i do not believe email accounts can be merged.

if it is hacked already or tampered with but you still have access to it, i recommend that you change the password on it, perhaps also forward all your emails to the new one then delete the account.

if it's only read, once you change passwords they won't be able to do any damage if they're already logged off.

hope that helps.
Reply:yes u can bring ur emails from first account into second account by adding an account in ur yahoo settings

but thats too difficult...
Reply:that would allow the hacker into the new account if they were merged
