I have an intruder hacking in my email and is able to obtain my password even after it has been changed,?

An intruder is sending messages to my contacts and myself directly from my email address, although I have changed my password, he seems to find his way in, how do I protect my privacy?

Reply:You are transmitting all your changes via a spyware exploit called a Key Logger.

Disable System Restore,

Restart in Safe Mode,

Run a AntiVirus/Antispyware program to remove the keylogger
Reply:if you know any computer gurus, there is a downloadable tool called ICU.It should be available at pc world.com.I have a family member who designs software and does gridwork for Motorola. It works awesome, ive had it for a week and its awesome.I only use it on my cheap pc,my main pc is locked like fort knox and only use that for business.
