If i have a crazy ex that keeps hacking into my email even when i change the password, how do i stop it??

i dont know enough about computers or email. my ex set up my account a few years ago for my job and now is hacking into it and screwing stuff up... even if i change the password... someone please tell me how to stop it... it is my business email and it would be too hard to just change it and tell all the business people the new one... HELP!!!

He might still have remote access into the computer system.


You're going to need somebody who knows what they are doing to change the system admin passwords. That way no old employees can get into the system.
Reply:i guess exes tend to be like that. maybe he is doing it because he is still into you, he hates you, or he's just plainly rude. he might still want to know about you and get updated with your life. maybe you need to switch e-mail provider. ofcourse you can always change the password in your current e-mail provider but if it really is not working then delete that account and create another one.
Reply:What email service are you using, if it is from your service provider then I would recommend to call the company and change the main email account password. Second go to to your main computer and under account change the Administrator password or if it is a server change it under the Active Directory.
