HELP. SOMEONE IS HACKING MY EMAIL.?

Okay, so someone hacked my hotmail account, changed my password, and that person talks to my friends and knows their names.

I dont know who it is because I NEVER EVER EVER gave my password to anyone.

I told that person to stop it, but they never gave me my password back.

The last thing I did before logging off my hotmail is buy

a book from Amazon, and the book never came.

I am so scared because now whoever it is might know my address

and credit card number.

What can I do?

Any professionals in this?

Please.

HELP. SOMEONE IS HACKING MY EMAIL.?
in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware, and what they find you

delete it manually. then run ccleaner to cleand your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.

what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.

even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.

Reply:1) Try and recover/reset the password using the 'forgot password' recovery wizard. This will either get you to answer a series of questions, or let you reset the password using your alternate e-mail address. Either way, that is probably a good place to start.

If that doesn't work, try contacting the hotmail support staff and explain your situation. Believe it or not, this sort of thing happens ever few minutes, so I'm sure they're prepared to deal with the situation.

Lastly (as a temporary solution), you can try to repeatedly login to your account several times using whatever password you choose. After a number of attempts, it is likely that hotmail will automatically freeze the account and prevent anyone from logging in (including the hacker) for a period of time. That way you can be sure the hacker does not have any further access to the account while you try to recover the password or sort out the problem with the staff.
Reply:

1) You can send an e-mail to Microsoft to freeze your account

2) Make sure you change the hint function and your password next time

Your credit card is safe when a sight sends you an e-mail when you buy something on the web it's just for confirming you order was received and for tracking it as it's leaving them and coming to you.
Reply:well hackers know all the tricks so you dont need to give it out to anyone they just find ways to get it. its the sad truth about todays world that is for sure. Hackers dont have anything else better to do then sit in there parents basement and fool around with peoples hotmail and internet so best is to just start a new account and tell your friends you got new e mail address.
Reply:i agree with ho ho ho. get a new email addy, and email everyone you know that it was hacked and not to bother reading anything from that email. as far as the amazon website and cc info, sounds unrelated. amazon takes forever to ship and amazon doesnt know the name of your friends to write emails to and about.
Reply:Well first of all, use the "forgot you password" option and change your password right away.

As for the person knowing your information? There is nothing you can do about this. He's already found everything out. However, I wouldn't worry. I don't think the person would show up at your house. I don't think they want to cause you that much harm.
Reply:They shouldn't have your credit card number(s) unless you were foolish enough to put them in an email message (which you should never do).

I'd contact Microsoft and explain the problem and see if they can reset your password (or disable your account).

And once you get this corrected....ditch Hotmail. Gmail is vastly superior.
Reply:report it to Hotmail, this could be serious, involve the police as well, block you card for a month or so or get it cancelled and another one issued, if you have concern's , contact Amazon, explain to them they may be able to track sale via post?
Reply:well you can try answering the personnel questions to get you in hotmail and shutdown you account and make a new one. other then that there really nothing els i know to do.
Reply:I had a friend who hacked into my hotmail. I hate her now!
Reply:Use firefox at http://ww.getfirefox.com

and change your pass word

tell your friends their fake make a way so they know if it reall you or not
Reply:Report this to the police, they can find out who it is for you and arrest them!!
Reply:tell everyone u kno that ur email is haked and all the mail they get isnt urs.
